As time marches on so does our progress. Perspectives evolve. This week the mood is quite different in Doweika. After investing significant energy into the team relationships are deepening, understanding is deepening, leadership and participation are deepening. Al Hamd'allah!!!
As always patience, and a little faith can go a long way... This is the beautiful process of building. Yes there are growing pains... times of tension, but this leads to more authentic relationships... more defined roles, stronger commitment. And I am making myself obsolete.
